Oscar Wilde(the lovebale smart mouth)
Oscar Wilde is the adult version of the class clown, which deep inside we all need. His mature back handed insults and social commentary amuse all audiences that can understand the language that he uses. He took a stand against social norms to make his many controversial (for the time, and some even now) novels. That is why I am doing his book The Picture of Dorian Gray for my victorian novel choice.

No David, it doesn't make you gay, it's just the way Oscar Wilde wrote it. I must say he's a genius, but it's just that I'm starting to get the sense that Lord Henry is gay... sorry if I was saying it in a way it might offend people...and I erased it...I don't know what I was thinking...o-o;
